About the Role
-Answer phones, transfer calls, and schedule appointments professionally
-Draft letters and coordinate with clients
-Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
-Create and update case status ensuring accuracy and validity of information
-Organize the case files and handle the copy, scan, fax when needed
-Respond to clients inquires and assist in the resolution of problems
-Monitor levels of office supplies and handle shortage
-Maintain trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
-Perform receptionist or translator duties when needed
Requirements
Working knowledge of MS Office
Self-starter and the ability to multi-tasking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual Chinese: Mandarin or Cantonese
